CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR BREAKFAST STARS
St Wilfrid’s has been celebrating its student’s achievements this week by inviting them to join Mr Morris for a Celebration Breakfast in their honour in the Partnership Learning Centre. The nominations for this half term’s high achievers were as overwhelming as ever with 80 students invited.
Mr Morris congratulated each student personally and several other members of the Leadership Team were also there to join in the fun and pass on their own congratulations.
The Celebration Breakfast celebrates not just high academic or sporting achievements, but all those students who had excelled their personal best in some way. That could be extra effort in school work, a real turnaround in behavior, impeccable presentation, a 100% attendance record or any other form of hard work and self-discipline that made them a good role-model for their peers.
Mr Morris addressed the group thanking them for their hard work and dedication. He went on to congratulate them for their efforts, and stating what contemporary role models they are for the rest of the school and how proud the school is of them.
Well done to all our breakfast stars and to all our hard-working St Wilfrid's students – keep up the good work!
