"Finding Eden"

Year 13 Theatre Studies students have been creating a devised project:  They were given a stimulus, “Into the Woods”, and this was developed into a script written by them: “Finding Eden”. They will be performing Finding Eden on Friday 5th February 2010 in the Drama Studio.

This is their A2 Theatre Studies Coursework piece and alongside their practical work, students are expected to produce a logbook and analysis notes.

It is the story of 5 kids sent to a youth camp for many different reasons. Bedley, Apple, Chuck, Jack and Seb are all troubled teenagers who have been sent to camp to rehabilitate. Over the course of events they each explain how they ended up there as we explore their pre-camp lives. James is the camp councillor and is determined to turn these kids around.
